Mother's Day

Even though we love Mom all year long, May 8th is a wonderful time to go through and show her how much she is appreciated.

When my mother lived closer to me here is what I conjure up a smile on his face.

His English decent start your day with a tea party in the early afternoon - not exactly clock at the stroke of 4:00. - Then comes the evening with a barbecue.

The Tea Party:

Ideally, the bestplace for this event until the weather outside is running, but can be just as beautiful inside.

Table:

I will begin with a layering effect with the table linen. Like my mother I love lavender with a deep lavender cloth solid start over the edge, a second cloth in lavender light, possibly outside a small check with red green and yellow for finishing with a mixed floralconsistent with the lavender color scheme of green and yellow patterns.

Napkins in one of three colors, folded and with a nice ribbon and a floral order titled nucleus of coordination work.

Nothing fussy with the center, fill a jug of White Tulip both local grocer or silk roses, mother's favorite flower.

The Tea Set:

The tea set would be the perfect Piper Collection from Royal Doulton.
This series has a rich legacy of traditionEngland. The white gold accents and can make tea in the afternoon, a formal dinner party. Content would be the teapot, cups and saucers salad plates.

The reason for the small salad you can enjoy a full dinner, just finger food, more on that later.

Refreshments:

If we consider that this tea in the afternoon, the food of small objects that are collected and can be eaten with your fingers.

For example, one of the most popular momSandwiches cream cheese and olives. It is not a sandwich that is usually in a English tea, but like I said, is one of their favorites, the easier it is to be done.

A package of cream cheese, softened -
A small glass of olive oil
Cut olives into small pieces, add the softened cream cheese and a small amount of olive juice in a bowl, then spread.
Cut crust from the four corners of the sandwich, and then cut to four feet.

Also serveda variety of sweets such as strawberry muffins - is another of his favorites - shortbread dipped in chocolate, lemon cake and a kind of chocolate cake.

To serve refreshments will use more two three graduated bowls, on top of at least one whole strawberries, I'll add - another favorite mom - with a side of whipped cream - sorry not clotted cream -.

The last to sit down for business, pour tea and spend some time relaxingVisit with my mother loved.

Take this idea and gear for your mom likes something if it is a hobby or a location, is love.
The whole idea is to set something special for them, which shows how much she means to you. Will definitely appreciate your time and effort.

Of course, if your not in a position with a party for them, a paper heart - perhaps - Posted hand and a beautiful bouquet of spring flowers - tulips would fit the bill - is aboutthe same.
